Welcome to my Birthday Month of September. I wanted to do something special for all of you. I wanted to offer a special healing and clearing session. I will still perform my normal 1 hour session but I am going to focus on clearing out the summer fun and anchor in self love, compassion and grounding us into the season of fall. In this class we will meet with our shadow side and learn to love those parts of us that or distorted and unbalanced. We will also learn what triggers are and learn how to connect to them instantly to heal and move forward with love and compassion for ourselves. I wanted to give us time to learn this process, so it may take the full 2 hours of class.
