Our Shadow is a part of who we are. Even though we struggle to except our flaws, we have to learn how to work with our shadow side to heal in this life. We are faced with triggers on a daily basis, and to understand those triggers and learn how to transform them is key. In this class we will meet with our shadow side and learn to love those parts of us that or distorted and unbalanced. We will also learn what triggers are and learn how to connect to them instantly to heal and move forward with love and compassion for ourselves. I wanted to give us time to learn this process, so it may take the full 2 hours of class.
